In our orchards we cultivate the best vegetables in the purest and most natural way.
Once mature, we harvest them and as soon as possible they are selected, washed, put in pots
and pasteurized. So our gastronomic products preserved in oil keep unaltered the real perfumes
and tastes of Apulian tradition.
